HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Not completely satisfied or did you order the wrong size/color? You can return all unworn items (in their original condition) within 7 working days of receiving the order for a full refund. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items.

Return the package via any courier company. We do not offer free returns. Shipping fees are paid by the sender and will not be refunded.

The value of the returned products will be reimbursed within 20 working days from the date of receipt of the return , by transferring the money to the account indicated by you.

Discounted items cannot be returned, only exchanged for other products.
Items that are not returned in accordance with the above policy are not eligible for refund. As the case may be, certain products will be refunded at the last price or the current price or could be retained by MON PETIT JO.

Mon Petit Jo offers a 30-day guarantee on all products in the shop. The warranty covers any damage due to manufacturing reasons and NOT due to wear or improper use. The product can be changed at any time within 30 days by presenting the invoice or tax receipt.
